Sit & Go tournaments are the most popular as they are quick and start as soon as the table is full of players. Backgammon is played for either points in a tournament or for an agreed bet. The doubling cube is like a dice that has 2,4,8,16,32 and 64 on its sides and can be used to multiply the stake of the game.
Winner takes all is just that, a tournament where there is only one prize and the winner gets 100% of the prize pool. There are also 2 winner and 4 winner tournaments, in two player the prize is split 80/20% and in 4 player the split is 60, 20, 10 and 10%.
